How to use

Dosage:

Children over 6 years and Adults (30 ml spray): 1 to 2 sprays in each nostril, 2 to 3 times daily.
Adults and Children over 12 years (100 ml spray): 1 to 2 sprays in each nostril, 2 to 3 times daily.
Duration of Use: May be used without interruption for up to 30 days.
Method of Administration:

30 ml Spray:

Prepare the Nose:

Blow your nose to clear out mucus before using the product.
Activate the Spray:

Remove the protective cap.
Hold the spray bottle upright and spray a couple of times to activate the pump.
Positioning:

Bend your neck gently forward over a wash basin.
Tilt your head to the right.
Application:

Gently insert the nozzle into the left nostril, parallel to the nasal septum.
Press firmly to release 1 to 2 sprays.
Repeat on Other Nostril:

Turn your head to the opposite side.
Repeat the application in the right nostril.
Post-Application:

Remove the spray from the nostril.
Return to an upright position.
Allow the solution to work for a few seconds or more.
Blow your nose to remove loosened mucus.
Clean the Nozzle:

Wash the nozzle with warm water and wipe dry after each use.
Replace the protective cap.
100 ml Spray:

Follow the same steps as above, adjusting for the larger bottle size. Note that the 100 ml spray is recommended for adults and children over 12 years. For children between 6 and 12 years, consult a physician before use
