How to use

Dosage:

30 ml Spray (Adults and Children over 6 years):

Children 6–12 years: 1 to 2 sprays in each nostril, up to 3 times daily.
Adults and Children over 12 years: 2 to 4 sprays in each nostril, up to 5 times daily.
Method of Administration:

For the 30 ml Pump/Pocket Spray:

Prepare the Nose:

Blow your nose to clear out mucus before using the product.
Activate the Spray:

Remove the protective cap.
Hold the spray bottle upright and spray a couple of times to activate the pump.
Positioning:

Bend your neck gently forward over a wash basin.
Tilt your head to the right.
Application:

Gently insert the nozzle into the left nostril, parallel to the nasal septum.
Press firmly to release the desired number of sprays.
Repeat on Other Nostril:

Turn your head to the opposite side.
Repeat the application in the right nostril.
Post-Application:

Remove the spray from the nostril.
Return to an upright position.
Allow the solution to work for a few seconds or more.
Blow your nose to remove loosened mucus.
Clean the Nozzle:

Wash the nozzle well with warm water and wipe dry after each use.
Replace the protective cap.
Duration of Use:

May be used without interruption for up to 30 days.
